anyway, i think it's only THE GREATEST PHOTOGRAPH EVARRRR. i'm going to find a print shop that will blow it up to about 4 x 6 feet, have it mounted, and hang it somewhere in my haus. by the way, i took the above picture of the photo with my {precious} iPhone, thus the blurriness. also, i'm totally aware that enlarging it to such massive proportions as i intend will make it grainy and possibly a bit distorted...but i'm okay with it. this photo is my new inspiration for EVERYTHING i do.speaking of helping mom move, here's the kiddo enjoying his new old bathtub. the haus my mom has moved into is one that lee and i restored (the longest 2 years of my life) several years back. so, naturally, the bathrooms are OLD SKOOL. that's right, i spelled it with a K. we gutted this haus to the studs and rebuilt it RIGHT. antique stainglass windows, wood floors, clawfoot bathtubs, beadboard and pressed tin ceilings....so i'm glad it's now in the hands of my mom who will totally appreciate all of the fanciness.

sometimes the sky explodes behind my workshop:
it happens to be my awesome-ness. and sometimes my awesome is dangerous™. (thanks, matt!)this past saturday i set up shop at the new san marcos farmer's market. i wasn't sure how well it would go so the setup was what i like to refer to as katinka-lite.

Ooooh, I want to live in a Katinka restored house! That would be heaven! I looove old houses...yet my husband and I are no handy duo. We once tried to build a fan together. It wasn't pretty ;)
That market looks lovely, I'd totally swing by if I was a wee bit closer ;)
